Among BA parillas (grills), La Cabrera proves top choice, with each cut done to such perfection that we feel too spoiled to eat any more beef anywhere else. Selection of dishes runs the gamut, from New York to Argentine — but we say enjoy where you are and choose the latter, called Bife de Chorizo. We also heartily recommend Mollejitas Grilladas (grilled gizzards), served with chunky lemon wedges, several side salads and veggies. The setting is contemporary yet not stiff, and tourists mingle freely with Porteños (those who live in this port city). One caveat: As there are no reservations, arrive early — which, in BA, means before 11 p.m.
